My Accomplishments

I have had many accomplishments in and out of the show ring.  Ribbons, trophies, money, year-end awards all I've embraced. Some of my greatest success has been outside the show pen although. Having a break through in a training session…the horse tries one more time, he nails the lead, the timing is perfect, my eyes are soft, hands are low and steady. We've just walked a straight line in balance and rhythm…his cadence is good, he's respected my space upon entering/exiting the stall, he finally loads on the trailer happy and willing…. well you get the picture. These triumphs sometimes far surpass any ribbon and for some horse owners have no comparison! When a horse owner thanks me for helping them achieve feel, riding their youngster under saddle for the first time or loading a horse by not using force, for a frustrated owner these are the real life accomplishments.
